If you want to become a Member, you need to be minimum 18 year of age.
To become a member, you can visit our customer care desk conveniently located at the store entrance where Our Staff will assist you to fill the same.
Membership can be obtained by providing the copy of following documents (Any 3 documents) as a proof for Identity, address and business.
Bring Any 3 Documents:
1) Identity proof (Any one)
i) PAN Card
ii) Voter ID
iii) Driving License
iv) Passport
v) Adhaar Card
2) Address Proof (Any One)
i) Shop Agreement (Sale/Lease)
ii) Shop Electricity Bill
iii) Shop and Establishment License
iv) VAT Certificate
v) LBT Certificate
vi) Service Tax Certificate
3) Business Proof (Any One)
i) Sales Tax/VAT registration
ii) Service Tax registraion
iii) Excise duty registration
iv) Trade license
v) Registration under shops and establishment Act
vi) Registration/membership certificate
vii) Permits/license etc. for undertaking retail trade
viii) Institutions having certificate of incorporation or registration
